she treated the incident like “It was like New Year’s Eve only better!” you know how people kiss and hug spontaneously on new year’s eve or during sports games (like the Saints winning the Superbowl for sure)?
there’s another post that corrects this one that does a far better job than i, so i’ll just leave her interview and let people read Greta Friedman’s words herself. does she treat it like the biggest romantic thing in the world? no and maybe the romanticism of this picture has been played up over the years. but does she treat it like a violation? also no, and i think we should be respectful of her views of the incident
